Bridging medical practice and law to uncover facts and strengthen your legal strategy.

Medical Clarity for Legal Decisions

When litigation involves medical issues, the stakes are high and the facts are complex. We registered nurses and legal consultants supporting a wide range of healthcare-related cases.

At Verlivian, we transform dense medical records into clear chronologies, identify where care met—or fell short of—professional standards, and provide legal teams with the insight needed to make informed decisions.

Case Merit & Record Analysis

We analyze hospital charts, clinical notes, and medication records to determine whether a claim has viable grounds. By identifying documentation gaps, care failures, or treatment concerns, we help ensure you pursue only cases with merit—saving time and resources.

Causation & Impact Assessment

Through detailed timelines and clinical analysis, we link injuries or conditions to specific events, quantify medical impact, and distinguish pre-existing issues from new harm. This helps support damages or challenge unsupported causation claims.

Standards of Care & Compliance

We compare care to applicable nursing, medical, and regulatory standards, policies, and guidelines. Our evaluations identify deviations from protocol or, for defense clients, confirm that providers followed appropriate procedures.

Strategy & Expert Liaison

From preparing deposition questions to identifying and briefing medical experts, we serve as your medical strategist. We deliver litigation-ready reports, timelines, and expert coordination to strengthen negotiations and courtroom presentation.
